Exchange Policy (Damaged or Wrong Products Only)

If you received a damaged or wrong product, you must inform us within 24 hours of receiving the product.

Mandatory proof required:

• Package opening video
• Clear images of the damaged or wrong product

Important: Without the package opening video and product images, we cannot process your exchange request.

We do not provide any kind of refund. We only provide an exchange of the same article in case a damaged or wrong product is received.

How to Request an Exchange

To request an exchange, please email us at care@jihifashions.com within 24 hours of delivery with the following details:

• Order number
• Package opening video
• Images of the damaged or incorrect product
• Brief explanation of the issue

Our support team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.

Conditions for Exchange

• The product must be unused and in its original condition
• Original packaging, tags, and accessories must be intact
• The issue must be clearly visible in the provided images/video
• Products showing signs of wear, use, or tampering will not be eligible

Non-Exchangeable Items

• Requests raised after 24 hours of delivery
• Products without proper video and image proof
• Items marked as non-exchangeable on the product page
• Orders placed incorrectly or due to change of mind

Shipping & Exchange Process

If the exchange is approved for a damaged or wrong product, we will arrange a replacement of the same article. Delivery timelines may vary depending on location and availability.

Shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched. Once dispatched, cancellations are not allowed and the exchange policy will apply.
