Order Processing

• Order Confirmation
  Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation message within 24 hours.

• Processing Time
  All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping (India Only)

• Delivery Time: Typically 3–7 business days

• Shipping Charges:
  -> FREE on all orders over ₹499
  -> ₹69 flat fee for orders below ₹499

Address Changes & Delivery Issues

• Ensure Correct Address
  Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
  If you need to update it, contact us via WhatsApp within 12 hours of placing the order.

• Missed or Undelivered Orders
  If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or if it’s unclaimed, we’ll reach out to you. Any reshipping fees will be the customer’s responsibility.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp to follow your package's journey.
If you don’t receive tracking details within 48 hours of dispatch, feel free to contact us for support.

Packaging

Each piece of jewelry is securely packed to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. We take great care to avoid damage during transit.
Your order may arrive in sustainable or branded packaging, depending on availability.
